Press and hammer forgings ranging from 0.1 kg. to 70 kg. made from various grades of alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel.
Seamless Rolled Rings
Vertical ring rolling lines capable of producing profiled as well as plain seamless rolled rings up to Ø 360 mm OD.
CNC Machined Components
Precision CNC turned and milled components produced on statistically controlled CNC machines (over 50 in-house machining centres) for zero defect supply.
Heat Treatment & Surface Treatments
Various heat treatments offered in-house, on fully automatic furnaces equipped with state of the art SCADA control system for data monitoring and retention.
